The word of the day for May 13, 2013: TABOO
When I was in the fourth grade I walked a grueling half mile to profess my undying love to Stephanie Nelson. I picked some flowers along the way, which I hid behind my back as I rang the bell. Stephanie’s mother answered.

Thou shalt not kill.
This is from the Holy Bible. It’s one of the ten commandments allegedly given to the prophet, Moses, straight from God. It doesn’t say:
Thou shalt not kill. Well, unless it’s for your country. Oh, or if you’re hungry.
